What is it checking? CcApp.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files\Common Files" or sometimes in a subfolder of the user's "Documents" folder—mostly C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\. From what I see here, this must be a part of NAV and NIS, which is what I have. Temporary fix is to disable outgoing email scans.
