General Error 34 (Final Cut Pro) This error occurs either when your hard disk is full or when there is no media to export. Basically a fast way of doing it.But from what I've comprehended, this would only work if the error occurs due to the corrupted render file issue. Try either updating it with the OSX software update, or reinstall Final Cut. Disk Warrior is invaluable and will save your butt when nothing else will.
Files change during your edit, so new files need to be rendered. And yes I copied everything and put it into a new timeline... My La cie disc looks like not loading the project, it shows me general error 34. It doesn’t happen enough for me to ever remember exactly what causes it. The next two are located in /Library/Preferences/Final Cut Pro User Data. However, I do have a number of FCP 7 tutorials available. Thoughts.
Have you gone back through and checked the available scratch disc space? Let me know if you have any ideas or have dealt with this before. I like the quality and file size I can get by exporting this way and create an MP4 file. Duane E.
