I have several networks available in my building, with different types of routers, and I couldn't connect to ANY of them with my brand new Wii U- got error 103-1002. So I plugged in a lan adaptor and I still could not get it to connect with that either. Is there any other suggestions at all - anything - that anyone can think of? I'm glad to see so many more of you getting help here with your Wii U's. Thanks for the post! We had the same issue of seeing a check mark for the router but not connecting to the internet when we incorrectly entered information.
